I enjoy a helping of greens on the side of our dinners, but I don't need a complicated salad. Here is how I make my go-to, simple side greens! I make it the same way every time and it always taste delicious to me, especially during spring and summer months! Serve it with lunch or dinner, add a protein to it for a meal of a salad, add it to sandwiches or wraps. It's so easy and extremely versatile!

Ingredients

Arugula
-
Lemon juice
-
Olive oil
-
Salt
-
Grated or shaved parmesan
Directions
Add the arugula to a bowl.
Drizzle the arugula with lemon juice, olive oil and then sprinkle with a little salt and add the parmesan.
Toss everything in the bowl and serve! So simple!
