Meal Plan & Grocery List #7
Here's a new meal plan for your week! Some recipes are available on my blog, some recipes are from various volumes of A Month of Dinner. RECIPES:
-Italian Meatballs with Caesar Salad (in A Month of Dinner, Vol. 3)
-Teriyaki Kabobs (in A Month of Dinner, Vol. 3)
-Mediterranean-Inspired Pasta
-Fajita Quesadillas with Cleaned-Up Taco Bell Sauce (in A Month of Dinner, Vol. 3)
A few things to note:
-You choose the protein for your quesadillas! I do one pound of ground beef in ours, but you could do chicken, shrimp or just cheese and veggies! Grocery list does not include a protein for this.
-Don't forget to add any toppings you'd like for your quesadillas: salsa, guac, sour cream, queso, pico!
-Add spaghetti to the list if you'd like to eat pasta with your meatballs.
-For the Mediterranean-Inspired Pasta, you can choose your protein! I use shrimp making mine, but you could use chicken, do lamb meatballs (use my Lamb Burger recipe from Vol. 2) or skip the protein! Grocery list does not include protein for this.
-The recipe for the Teriyaki Kabobs calls for a red onion, but you'll have an extra half onion from your quesadillas you can use for kabobs.

I had $100.09 as a total. Please note, this does not include a protein for quesadillas or the Mediterranean pasta. Total cost is dependent on geographical location, grocery store of choice, preferred brand, preferred quality and other variables. My total includes a mix of organic/non-organic, store-brand/non store-brand choices.
